[ARC5] FT-310-A and AN/ARR-1 VHF Homing Adapter

It could also supply power to the TS-164/AR (BC-221 modified for shock 
mount and external power).  Although the TS-164 manual only shows wiring for the 
BC-348.  There was also a set of three VHF (I think) converters.  I have 
the manual but can't recall the nomenclature right now.
