[ARC5] [Milsurplus] OT: UPS Ground Insanity

  I've shipped a lot of stuff with them, radios and also crystal and  
china.  Packed firm, thick and double boxed and have had no problems.   
Same with incoming stuff, go figure...

Agree the "last mile" can be the slowest.
