[ARC5] OT: UPS Ground Insanity

Well, I had a solid cast iron "mushroom" antenna base for the WS19 34'
mast shipped from Canada via UPS.

Yup, they broke it! About 1" thick cast iron! And, a couple of months
later I got a bill for "Brokerage Charges".  True story.
