Someone asked, so....

How A.R.C. distributed voltage to the Command Set transmitters
using the modulator.  It works well.
You might want to key another way, 
or add more bypasses.  Some might want to regulate the
OSC. voltage, although I've never found it necessary in 
a properly-refurbed transmitter.
