Only in one case.  They are the same construction, but only one of them 
interchanges - the eight pin connector on the back that goes to the 
Pilot's Control Box.  It's a Number 37 in the GF/RU series.  The 
ZB/ARR-1 also has proper five digit Navy part numbers, unlike the RU/GF
