[ARC5] Montana Class

The Montana Class, the larger follow-on to the Iowas, mounted 4 turrets with three 16 in guns each.  They built the hull on the first one but stopped there, since it was pretty obvious that the days of the battleship were over.

I suppose they would have had to lengthen further the rope used to test the radios for the Montanas.  Maybe that was the real reason they cancelled it.
