"Well thought out" and "Wayne Green" are contradictory terms.  And Roy...he pretty much
completely destroyed any historical value of the gear made victim in his articles.  I
remember enjoying seeing some new device with which I was unfamiliar, more than 45 years
ago, but even then I never ever would have desired a radical rework that was often his
trade mark.  Back then, I only hacked gear that had been pre-hacked before I got it.
I kept the gear I got through Navy MARS in the 1960s, or Fair Radio or Meshna in the 1970s,
all original.  I still have it all today, still all original.
