[ARC5] ARB Modifications and Mil documentation

I have to salute the WWII Navy docs on a lot of their stuff.  My TCS  
manual not only has data on the various parts, it also has very complete  
mechanical and fabrication drawings on all the RF inductors to include turns  etc.  
One could damn near manufacture a tcs transmitter or receiver from  those 
manuals.  Same is true for my TBW manual and so on.  Good  stuff.
