Hi Dennis,
Thank you for this. I'm pleased to have your correction, and from a
public source too.
I completely misunderstood this, and suspect I got the wrong info from
what would be considered a'reliable' source. Just shows the value of
checking/asking.
Still, I like the illusion of an incredibly generous neighbour/ally.
Pity to have lost that.
