[ARC5] Rack

I didn't 'miss' the Type 12 stuff, a half length converter, a receiver
minus dyno, plus another piece. I just have no interest in Type 12 stuff.
My interest in the rack was curiosity a;lone.

Also, this is at least the third NEARfest where that stuff has been shown,
always at the same edge of the Fairgrounds near the barns, just around the
corner from the guys with the cammo trucks.

There is interest in aviation gear... just not Type 12.
