[ARC5] Blackout ; Lend Lease and ARC-5's

It's actually pretty hard to set aluminum on fire. It can be easily melted
and cast in air without burning. The stuff is so reactive an oxide film
forms rapidly, passivating the surface. The oxide film is all but inert.
