I know the feeling, Bill! This is where gaining some clarity in focus over
recent years helps me out. I decided some time back to focus on the Navy
side only for aircraft gear, so that rules out further pursuit.

Too bad it has the added switches, but in my view, that's not too bad. A
far cry from the racks we've all seen with kludged on connectors, cut in
half rear boxes, wild paint jobs and so on. The simple fix for this one
would be some carefully painted-to-match hole plugs and enjoy. Some really
good at body work could likely patch the holes and repaint.

Besides - if you end up with the rack, you have a new dilemma: finding the
mating shockmount base!
