[ARC5] MC-203-A Dual 90 degree, drive assembly

Thank you Roy - yes, I am now told that it is used with a variety of military radios, but uses 
larger diameter splines and cables scheme than the ARC5 radios.
It has been sold to an avid buyer who is putting together a different system.
