[ARC5] MC-203-A Dual 90 degree, drive assembly

It's a Tee, not a dual 90 degree.  Used with, among other things, 
SCR-183/283 and 269.  Purpose was to be able to connect two remote tuning heads to 
one receiver.  The tuning cables listed earlier today will fit it.
