[ARC5] German Tank Radios (was Re: Off topic)

I don't know much about German AFVs, but an antenna or pericope are pretty
small target. Some did have a railing that was an antenna, but exactly
what it was (NVIS or a top-loaded verticl) is a matter of controversy.
