Probably little different. The V-1 could not hit anything that was not a
large area target. The accuracy was probably not much better than a few
miles out of 50-100 miles. The guidance systems were completely open loop.
They did not follow any "beams" or LORAN or anytrhing. Roughly half would
have been wasted on the ocean, if they tried to target beache.

The V-1s and V-2s were terror weapons designed to injure and intimidate
civilians.
