All -
Ok for paint spray nozzle,
1. Using a small coffee lid, take fill about 1/4 ~1/2 " with mineral
spirits , soak for 20 minutes. Jiggle with left hand from time to time
while sipping on a beverage of choice. Apply a drop of mineral spirits
to the top of the nozzle orifice.
2. Apply air hose with a plastic/rubber tip blow out nozzle; fond at
Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Lowes, insert the bottom nozzle into the Air
hose nozzle, this is a tight fit, requires both hands so drop the
beverage on the table. Now don't forget to place your thumb over the
paint spray nozzle or you will never see the paint spray nozzle again,
apply air in bursts.
3. apply a drop of mineral spirits to the top of the nozzle orifice and
replace the cleaned out nozzle.

This removed the leaky drip problem. During the paint process I do this
as soon as I notice the paint nozzle is leaking.

I used Plastikote Wrinkle paint, did as suggested in the instructions, applied 3 coats 10 minutes apart, and hurried the drying process along with a hair dryer. It worked quite well, smooth, even, and not so thick it covers over the lettering.

>> 3. Plastikote Wrinkle Paint: Works good, especially if you use a hair dryer to speed drying.
