Yes. It most certainly does. It also works with the R-146/ARC-5 (12V version) and the BC-
946 and R-24/ARC-5 receivers which have a 239 KHz IF and which cover the BC band.
The 190 - 550 Khz AND the 550 KHz to 1500 KHz sets were ALL described as "Navigation
Receivers" by the Navy.
However, none of the other higher-frequency sets have the variable-IF-coupling feature.
