I remember a possibly apocryphal story about a sheik in Saudi Arabia  
or somewhere whose Rolls Royce stopped on day with loud noises from  
the front and oil leaking onto the sand.  When called, the factory  
politely asked about the location of the thing and said they'd "see to  
it".

A cargo plane arrived with mechanics, tools, portable protection shed  
and whatnot.  They replaced the engine and transmission and delivered  
the thing back home.  Then the plane flew away.  When asked what the  
bill would be, they replied, "Oh, Rolls Royces simply don't fail like  
that.  Enjoy your motorcar."
