You occasionally see the military power supplies for the ARR-5 and ARR-7 on eVilBay. They are configured to power 3 receivers simultaneously.
But as far as I know, the military power supply is for 400 Hz operation. I am not aware of a 60 Hz military supply for these radios.
The only 60 Hz AC supply that I am aware of was sold by R.E. Goodheart Company, a long-defunct surplus dealer, back in the 1960s.
Goodheart advertised the ARR-7 with the Goodheart supply, ready to go, in 73 Magazine for a couple of years circa 1964-66. Must have been a whopping pile of ARR-7s dumped on the surplus market about then. Many may have come out of multi-place A-1 Skyraider versions that the USAF got from the Navy. A lot of those birds were originally used for ElInt work by the Navy and were converted into ground-attack aircraft by the USAF for use in Vietnam.
I've seen these mil power supplies sell for impressive amounts of buckaroonies.
Hmm.... Wonder how many Alexandre Dumas(s)eBay buyers know that a 400 Hz supply doesn't work very well (or very long) on 60 Hz...?
You NEVER forget that smell.
As for bandspread on the ARR-7: Of course it doesn't have a bandspread dial; but there was a mechanical conversion article in 73 Magazine which added one, published around the time Goodheart was selling the radios. It was kind of clunky-looking, but must have worked somewhat better than nothing.
