[ARC5] spinner knob

 From what I recall, the ARC 18802 was intended for calibration and 
testing of the postwar gray painted ARC receivers...I don't know 
precisely which series it was made for.  Someone here will probably know 
- I don't keep track of anything past 1945...  I have one kicking around 
here somewhere, but somehow it doesn't look "right" on the WWII 
receivers...:-)
