[ARC5] spinner knob

There are (at least) two standard splines from WW II era. The smaller size
is used on the ARC-5 stuff, and it's kin.

The larger size (MC-215) is, to my knowlege, use on:

RA-10  DF
MN-26  DF & ADF
ASB-x  RADAR
ARB    Recever

and probably other things.
