Yes, it is since the postwar ARC equipment has to be wired up too.  This is
the stuff we had in the 60s which implies it's good for any pre-Cessna ARC
equipment.  Well, except maybe a 1946 Type 11.  That could be either the
older woven fabric covered or that newfangled plastic wire that didn't have
the woven fiber & plastic coverings over it.  If need be, I can take
advantage of the fact that the plain PVC wire was grandfathered when Mil
W5086/2 became a requirement for civilian aircraft.  Hmmm ... wasn't it a
recommendation first then a requirement?

I have to go see what I can pick off the boneyard at HNL anyway so I'll ask
pretty and be all kinds of polite (I know, it's a strain to imagine!) and
maybe they'll let me go salvage stuff.  If I take along a cute
companion/caretaker, my odds will probably be vastly improved.  :-D

I can replace the outer jacket with clear Dip It liquid vinyl which will be
flexible and all prettified and should look like the original.  I think.
