I used a TA-12C for a while on 80 & 40m CW. I had the transmitter, mount
and connector but nothing else which made life a little exciting but nothing
I couldn't handle. It had been previously used by the RCAF and, aside from
replacing a tube or two, was operated as received which was unconverted and
unmolested. Selling it when I moved aboard the boat was one of my greater
mistakes.
