[ARC5] The T-17

The funny thing is that T-17 looks to be modified, but not what you would expect.  The UHF antenna fitting is there but it looks like there are still screws where the antenna relay mounts.  The power plug is not modified.  some of the screws are natural metal rather than black but they appear to be of the correct type. 

Any chance this was a factory or depot mod?
