[ARC5] GD-1B coil set - info wanted

Hello List-members!
I seek information for coils to suit the Heathkit GD-1B.
(The GD-1B is useful to inject a signal into the R-27 IF line, on
2830kHz)

Can any-one here give me the following information:
(1) Diameter of the coil former.
(2) Number of turns for each of the 5 coils.
(3) Separation (spacing) of the coil pins (the pins that plug into the
GDO body).
(4) Diameter of the coil pins.  (I suspect 1/8 inch or 3.17mm)

If anyone has an RLC meter and can put measure the inductance of the
coils, that info will also be appreciated!
