[ARC5] [Milsurplus] TCS RF ammeter or thermocouple replacement

Don't let a bad RF ammeter keep you from using the radio, though.   
Just tune and load it up using the PA plate current meter like you  
would with a Viking 2  or any of the many other ham HF rigs that never  
included RF ammeters.
