Yes. The two receivers differ (aside from any serial number related changes
during production) only in the nameplates. The electrical differences are
in the antenna relay, junction box, and dynamotor.

Yes.

Yes. The Command and Liasion receivers are not interchangable but the
coilsets are.
I have the manuals on GF-11/RU-16, GF-12/RU-17, and RI-18 and 19 available
as reprints. I also have a few earlier manuals but haven't scanned and
cleaned them.
