That is about the same uses I find for my BECO and HP instruments, in 
addition to finding the real values of unmarked inductors.

I was going to ask you about that: I have one of those which I recently 
bought off eBay (again, which I have not used yet), and am curious about 
what you might use YOURS for. I had heard that they were a good 
instrument.

If you don't mind, would you care to tell me what you use yours for?
