There'a another little oddity in that BCB remote control box dial.  It's
calibrated in KC.  The main dial on all BCB receivers (CBY/CCT-46145
in the ARA, BC-946-B, and R-24/ARC-5) is calibrated in MC.  The main dial
on the RAV CBY-46103 BCB receiver is calibrated in KC, but the RAV didn't
use remote control boxes and thus needed no control box dials.
