[ARC5] Info needed: BC-946

I'm in need of info on a BC-946, type CCT-46145. Covers standard BC. I have one that I would like to know what the value of the radio is. It does not have the dyno on it's rear deck. The previous owner built a home brew pwr sply. So the rig has be modified. The platform that the pwr sply is built on looks like one that of the aluminum plate that the dyno my have been placed on?

I have not tried to power it up and have no doc's on the pwr sply mod. The rig is not mint. Paint is very good for it's age. Some of black paint on the top rear corners has rubbed off area by 12A6 tube and 7270 can. One hole drilled in the right lower right side (If your facing the front of the receiver) of the rear that feeds two AC input lines. There is also a rubber grommet covering the hole. I don't know if this hole was drilled, sense I don't have another transmitter to compare it to. Overall condition 8 to 9.

Question? What would be a ball park figure of the value? Should I leave the HB pwr sply intact when I list the radio for sale? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated.
