I wouldn't class the ads as "viral".  That implies that if you look at one 
of the ads, you are going to infect your machine with a computer virus.  All 
that his text proves is that he's clueless about what he is selling, like 
most sellers on eBay or at your local car dealer or anywhere else.

I just sent him a message explaining what "Matched Pair" means as related 
to vacuum tubes.  eBay moved the link to sending a seller a message down to 
the bottom of the ads more than a year ago.
