[ARC5] T-19/ARC-5 & T-22/ARC-5

I occasionally operate an unmodified* 7.9.1Mc TX, using the internal relay
as keying
device. Chirp is not a problem. On the other hand, the loud clacking from
the relay
drives me nuts :)

I use a largish mica capacitor from antenna terminal to ground to transform
the 50
ohm load down to something that the ARC-5 matching network can handle.

*the antenna relay contact has been (reversibly) moved so that the contact
is always
made.
