[ARC5] Command sets in Germany

Hello Peter,

The Command set units I mentioned  (if you've seen my mails on the subject) 
have been re-labelled in German and are not standard US gear
released as surplus - also some front panel controls are nonstandard. It 
seems obvious to me that they were integrated into Bundeswehr (if that's the 
right term) equippage - or at any rate a used by some German- speaking 
military or paramilitary organization. I know that is common practice for 
some NATO and maybe other countries to paint-over US mil radio gear in khaki 
green and other colors.
