Yep.  Aside from the fact that I doubt paperwork was done on some of those 
deals, it's highly unlikely that any of it survived.  I have or had a black 
BC-455-B that came out of the salvage yard in 1946.  I got it and another 
piece a couple of years ago from the guy who brought it home.
