Thomas, Sears & Zemansky, and The Feynman Lectures are classics. At MIT, we used Thomas followed by Hildebrand, Ingard & Kraushaur (?). The various permutations of Fano, Chu, & Adler for E&M; transmission lines; antennas; fields, forces, and motion. For circuits, it was Bose & Stevens, then the SEEC series of 7 books.
