As one other poster noted,making a phase shift network is not all that difficuld,IF you either have close tolerance capacitors or a good capacitance measuring instrument.

I have a GR capacitance bridge that would do, if in the future you want to get some caps measured or matched, I'd be able to help you out.

(I also have a somewhat beat up second GR capacitance bridge for sale, it need a fair amount of work on the front panl and knobs.  Working condition unknown so far.)
