[ARC5] [Milsurplus] responsibility to our posterity

Generally, there are but a few (or one) way of doing things right, and an
infinite number of ways of doing things wrong.

It might be worth documenting a few of the most spectacular failures as
examples of what not to do, but certainly not all.
