[ARC5] Receiver and Transmitter dials (again)

Thank you. You have confirmed what I remember seeing several decades ago when
I stripped the paint from a dial in order to change the dial markings to a different band.
Bronze is a good suggestion, one that hadn't occurred to me.

> I have a brass (or bronze) dial, as it is very heavy compared to the aluminum dial, from a 190-550 Khz. receiver. No idea WHICH
