[ARC5] More ARC-5 Questions

These are off the top of my head - but I only recall bakelite dials on 
WECo-built, mostly bare aluminum SCR-274N gear, with two types of 
aluminum control box dials -  with luminous markings on AN/ARC-5 stuff.  
There were minor changes, such as inscribing the dials in MC rather 
than  KC for the LF and broadcast band receivers when they went from RAV 
to ARA-2.and AN/ARC-5. Generally, Stromberg-Carlson followed A.R.C. 
specs. I think Colonial Radio followed WECo specs and probably took some 
liberties with those.
