Heck, what about the cheap triac controllers for conventional lighting? I can actually tell which neigbor has turned on their dimmer by the sound of the hash on my AM broadcast radio on my bedstand.

Hello group,
subscribe to a newsletter from NXP semiconductors.
he newsletter describes or advertises new products - devices, chips,
pplication notes.
ere is the latest:
SL2103 - SMPS controller IC for dimmable LED lighting
This chips is a switching regulator, fed directly from the rectified mains.
I ask (we all know the answer):
hat will happen to your nice quiet RAK and RAL receivers when these noisy
ritters are installed in every house in every suburb?
I say the noise from a switching LED controller will make a 12K8s as quiet as
he central Australian desert at mid-day. (it's very quiet in the desert at
id-day).
Is there nothing we can do so stop such lunacy on a city-wide scale?
Yes, this is off-topic, but it's something of interest to all, I'm certain.
