That would be the RT-122(*)/APW-11 Air Guidance Radar Beacon unit.
It could fit in a SCR-274-N (not AN/ARC-5) transmitter rack that had
the rear connector rotated 180 degrees, and that had two alignment
pin holes drilled off to each side.
