[ARC5] Kludge - an honest definition

Come to think of it, 'kludge' sounds very much like 'fudge' - and at least 
one meaning of fudge was to bend or modify actual measurement results to fit 
the expected theoretical results-- this was school lab reports. NOT 
real-life measurement results (at least for me ;0).
