[ARC5] [Milsurplus] The Green Books

Incidentally, not all "Green Books" are green.  Some, if not all, of the 
volumes were reprinted in 1995 and those are brown or tan.  I've never come 
across any of the Signal Corps three in that color so I don't know whether 
they were reprinted or not.
