[ARC5] ART-13 Output Matching

I use a 4:1 unun and series 100pf cap, just make sure that
the cap and unun will handle the power level. Also make
sure that the RF wiring from the transmitter to the
cap and unun is well insulated.

I tried the trick of variable cap on the output, and
it worked, but now the autotune won't fully tune up
the transmitter on a new frequency. I was able to get
a little more power out of the setup this way, but
to me, having the autotune work as it was designed was
more important.
