[ARC5] Heathkit Manuals

[J. Forster]

I'm by no means convinced the new Heathkit guy actually has clear title as
he claims, because I don't think the eBay seller actually had clear title.

That said, I have no dog in this fight, because I don't own anything
Heathkit. Never have.
