The voltage charts in TM 11-200 shows a range of 285v (key down) to 310v 
for the two dynamotors in the set.

In general, yes.  It gets a bit more complex than that, of course.  The 
TM only suggests an open wire antenna of 35 feet minimum.  If you'll 
peruse the charts at 
http://aafradio.org/docs/Aircraft_Antenna_Design.html you will see a 
variation of factors you can plug into the nomographs to get a handle at 
40M and 80M for a typical aircraft antenna of 35 feet length.  That 
won't match your ham antenna because you don't have a perfect 
counterpoise (aircraft skin), but it will tell you the ballpark of what 
the transmitter is designed to tune.  Dave's matching suggestions should 
get you in the range for success.
