[ARC5] SCR-183 / SCR-283 Info

I can't locate the earliest GF or RU manuals I have this morning (they are 
apparently in a stack somewhere).  But there were at minimum five variants 
of the NT-46048(*) used with the GF (Base through "D", assuming that they 
didn't skip "B" which at the moment I don't show hard evidence of) and two of 
the NT-46051(*) used in receiver-only pairs (Base and "A").
