Yes, Indeed. I got confused. I do have a ZM-3, and as Robert Downs  
points out, the three position bat handled switch is momentary in the  
position you need to leave it in for reforming caps.  I will  
investigate his idea of modifying the switch.

I've never had or used a ZM-11 but I think I'd grab one if it showed  
up at a fest for cheap.  I do have a General Radio cap bridge that  
allows for reforming caps - it's internal supply is current limited  
and the metering is nice.  It's overkill as far as accuracy is  
concerned (I think it's rated at 0.1 percent.)

I do have a ZM-30/URM-90 RLC bridge.  That is quite a bit more  
accurate than the others (0.15 to 0.5 percent) but has no internal DC  
supply for reforming or testing at a DC voltage as far as I know.
