The low power out was caused by leakage from old wires in the
dynamotor dropping the B+, plus the need to get the tuning right.
The FMing was due to RF getting back into my shabby
cabling.  Loaded into the proper dummy load and tuned-up
according to the design and well-neutralized,
the FMing is insignificant and the audio sounds pretty good. 
Getting about 4 Watts out so far, and the Dyno is
still  running somewhat under rated B+.
Being an MOPA rig,  fingers touching the RF Ampmeter
will detune it ;-).
This is a fun rig....
